Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
Private Payments: Private Payments are payments that are due from the patient. Patients who do not have insurance make private payments.
Co-Payments: Co-payments are payments that are the responsibility of the patient. Co-payments include deductibles as well as the amount due from a patient after the insurance benefit has been calculated.
All Private and Co-Payments are due at the time services are rendered.
Insurance: If you have insurance, we will assist you in receiving the maximum benefit offered under your plan. Any estimates we provide regarding your insurance coverage are ONLY estimates. We will not become involved in disputes between you and your insurance company regarding deductibles, co-payments, covered charges, secondary insurance, or “usual, Customary, Reasonable” charges, etc. Additionally, it is your responsibility to track your own insurance maximum and coverage. We will try to assist you in that regard, but the ultimate responsibility is yours. Insurance coverage information can be obtained by calling your insurance company.
Financing: Although we do not provide any personal financing, we can recommend Care Credit as an outside source for financing. For your convenience, we accept VISA and MasterCard.
